	I apologize for leaving out the server script.  It is available
in the previous distributions and I will include it here:

stty raw -echo
server 2> /dev/null
reset
-------

	This is small script that uses sh to simply set the tty into
raw mode and reset it when the session is complete.  Error messages
can be placed into a file if required by changed /dev/null to your
favorite filename.
